As Machine Gun Preacher, Preacher Machine Gun, sounds like a piece of kitsch Grindhouse - and by the time it's over, you think,''If kun''Gerard Butler, with the same white wall! expression when he is not throwing a fit of rage gnash teeth, plays real-life Sam Childers, a thug who drugged found Jesus and went to hell war-torn Sudan to help save the lives of abused, mutilated, often called the children. Marc Forster (Quantum of Solace) is leading a gruelingly serious, painstaking sincerity, except that the film is never beyond the psychology of the dough. It's like Machete recreated as a bait Snoozer rewards.
